Terrorist bomb charges dropped

A 21-YEAR-OLD Irish woman accused of plotting a wave of bombings across London is expected to return home within days after she was told the charges had been dropped. Elaine Moore was arrested in July. Her solicitor was informed by the Crown Prosecution Service by fax.
