The House: Warning over pay-per-view
PAY-PER-VIEW television contracts for football games should not lead to the general viewer losing out, Janet Anderson, a Culture minister, said.
She added that football must learn the lessons of overseas leagues, such as Italy, where pay-per-view TV had led to a drop in match attendances.
