A Heathrow warehouseman was jailed for 15 months after admitting stealing a painting worth pounds 200,000 and trying to blackmail insurance loss adjusters. Ian Parrotte, 46, of Southsea, Hampshire, swopped Portrait de Jeune Fille by Emile Barnard with a telephone directory, the Old Bailey was told.
