Rhys Daniels, two, from Epping, Essex, who suffers from the rare Batten's Disease, was 'satisfactory' after a bone marrow transplant at Bristol's Royal Hospital for Sick Children. His parents brought a High Court action against the decision to close the unit at Westminster Children's Hospital where the operation was to be carried out.
