Cell deaths
Andrew Cook, 20, serving nine months for violent disorder, possessing offensive weapons and burglary, was found hanged from his cell window at the Portland young offenders' establishment in Dorset. Tapon Paul, 27, serving four years for rape, was found hanged in his cell at Albany Prison on the Isle of Wight.
