Man faces retrial for murder of wife
A man convicted of murdering his estranged wife must stand trial again, judges have ruled. The decision came as the Court of Appeal in Edinburgh quashed Nat Fraser's 2003 conviction after the Supreme Court ruled it unsafe.
Mr Fraser, from Elgin in Moray, was jailed for life after being found guilty of killing his wife in 1998.
