A man found lying in the street with fatal gunshot wounds was named today, as police arrested a third person in connection with his murder.

Anthony Prickett, 42, from St Osyth, Essex was found in Park Road in the village on Thursday.

His family today paid tribute to the "much loved son, brother, uncle and good friend".

In a statement released through Essex police they said: "He would light up any room with his fantastic sense of fun and laughter, and his smile was legendary. He lived life to the full and never let anything get him down, he was quite simply one of a kind and will never be forgotten.

"Love you Ant, from all your family and friends xxx."

They have now asked for privacy to grieve.

A third person, a 48-year-old woman from the Clacton area, has now been arrested in connection with the murder.

Two men, aged 36 and 59, had already been detained. All three are being questioned today.
