A MAN died and another suffered serious head injuries when they were hit by an out-of- control dinghy at Lawrenny Quay, west Wales. Peter Davies, 48, who died, and John Grady, 50, both of Llanelli, Dyfed, were apparently thrown from the inflatable boat which then circled and struck them.
