Driver's victory

The High Court in London ruled that a motorist, Christian Smyth, 22, of Whitchurch, Shropshire, who agreed to take a breathalyser five seconds after saying "no", was wrongly convicted of refusing to provide a breath sample. He had been fined pounds 200 and banned for 18 months.
