DSS fraud

Phillip Booth, 52, owner of a nursing home in Coppenhall, Stafford, who claimed DSS benefits worth pounds 32,000 for residents who had died, was jailed for two years at Stafford Crown Court. He also stole pounds 29,000 from a resident's building society account.
