Editors move
Patsy Chapman, 45, editor of the News of the World since 1988, is not continuing in her post for health reasons, a News International spokesman said. Piers Morgan, acting editor since January, will take over. The former editor of the European, Charles Garside, ousted six months ago, is returning as editor-in-chief.
