Escaped killer plans to contest his extradition from Ireland

James Rudman, who escaped from a secure hospital in Leicester after being convicted of killing his wife Susan, leaving Tralee district court in Co Kerry yesterday, close to where he was rearrested 62 minutes before he would have become a free man.
