'Fly poster' charges

A man was charged with the murder of Christopher Horrox, 30, and the attempted murder of James Carr, 45, shot while putting up fly posters in Manchester on May Bank Holiday. Marcel Williams, 30, of Old Trafford, will appear before Manchester magistrates today.
