Fumes killed trio

Three elderly women died after inhaling carbon monoxide fumes caused by a blocked central heating flue, an inquest in Greater Manchester was told. Verdicts of misadventure were recorded on Mary Jones, 77, Rebecca Forrest, 80, and Maria Hulme, 86.
