Even so, this garage, which has been advertised as a “studio flat” could be yours to own for £177,000 in the heart of one of London’s most expensive areas.
The garage in Knightsbridge, which measures at 5.15 m x 2.75 m is being sold on a 41 year leasehold. It comes with an electric door and an internal light.

Show all 10A spokesperson the estate agents listing the garage explained that the garage had been advertised incorrectly due to an issue with its database. Douglas & Gordon has since taken the listing down, he added.
The spokesperson apologised for the error and said: “Our bespoke data base does not distinguish between flats and garages but we have taken the listing down and we’re working to rectify it.”
