Alan Sugar, Tottenham Hotspur's chairman, stood by his allegations against the former Spurs manager and England coach Terry Venables after the Crown Prosecution Service said no charges would be brought against the former Spurs manager and England coach Terry Venables over an alleged pounds 50,000 bribe to Brian Clough, the former Nottingham Forest manager.
