Trust reviews deer hunting
THE National Trust voted yesterday to set up a working party to look again at deer hunting on its land. The move, taken by more than 1,000 members meeting at Central Hall, Westminster, was seen as a victory for the anti-hunt lobby in the National Trust, which lost 213,000 members over the issue last year, and the League Against Cruel Sports.
