IRA appeal lost

Peter Maguire, 56, an Irish electronics engineer wanted by the FBI for alleged involvement in an IRA arms plot, lost his appeal against extradition at the High Court in Dublin. He was allowed 21 days to further appeal to the Supreme Court.
