Killer was on bail

Stuart Jobson, 42, who shot his former lover, June Smith, 48, in the car park of the Texas Homecare store in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and then turned the gun on himself, was on bail for assaulting her, police said. They are treating the incident as murder and suicide.
