Terry Oxley, a 10-pints-a-day man, wanted to ensure that his long-standing drinking partner should carry on the tradition. So the retired farmer from Goole, Humberside, who died in March, left instructions in his will for fellow farmer, George Cawkwell, to get 'one thousand pints of bitter'.
