Law Update: New code
The Bar Council's new 'equality code of practice for chambers' has been given to barristers, recommending that it is used for a trial 12-month period. The code covers major elements of equal opportunities practice, including statutory obligations, fair selection procedures, interview techniques, monitoring and complaints procedures.
