MacGregor says sentences 'severe'
John MacGregor, the Secretary of State for Transport, whose Norfolk South constituency includes Dickleburgh, said he shared concern at the 'extremely severe' five- year jail sentences imposed on Duncan Bond and Mark Chapman, who tried to frighten a teenager they suspected of theft and vandalism. He has raised the case with the Lord Chancellor.
