Man froze to death

A 48-year-old man found dead and hanging out of a window of a flat in Stechford, Brimingham, West Midlands may have frozen to death after he got stuck as temperatures fell to -7C, police said yesterday.

The man was discovered by a postman yesterday morning with the lower half of his body hanging out of the bathroom window. They said the flat apparently belonged to a relative and it appeared that the man had tried to get in and had become stuck.
