Murder inquiry

Detectives launched a murder inquiry after the body of Tracey Cowley, 24, of Cannock, Staffordshire, was found by a roadside with a cord around her neck. Police said Mrs Cowley, married with a 19-month-old daughter, was not sexually assaulted.
