Only El-Jet 2 car in Britain

Dr Susan Roaf, a university lecturer, driving the El-Jet 2, the only car of its type in Britain, around Oxford. Four fully-charged batteries give it a range of 50 miles and a top speed of 45mph, at a cost of 1p per mile. It can carry three passengers.
