Osman fails

Lorrain Osman, Britain's longest-serving unconvicted prisoner, who has spent six-and-a- half years in Brixton jail, has failed in his latest attempt to block moves to extradite him to Hong Kong, where he is wanted in connection with fraud charges. He has 14 days in which to appeal.
