Government's openness office rebuked

The Government department in charge of openness is among the worst at responding promptly to Freedom of Information requests.

Information Commissioner Christopher Graham singled out the Cabinet Office for failing to improve its response time. The Ministry of Defence and Birmingham City Council were also criticised.
