BRITISH NATIONAL PARTY: There will be no prosecution following a police search of BNP premises in January. Sir Nicholas Lyell, the Attorney General, told John Austin-Walker (Lab, Woolwich) that the decision of the Crown Prosecution Service that there was no realistic prospect of conviction had been 'entirely justified'.
