Rugby player charged
A rugby player was charged with manslaughter following an incident during a match in which an opponent died. William Hardy, 24, an electrician's mate of Chiswick, west London, was charged with unlawfully killing Seamus Lavelle, 30, on 15 March, and was bailed until 15 November.
