Spassky win
Bobby Fischer's stuttering chess comeback in Sveti Stefan, Yugoslavia, suffered another setback when he lost the fifth game of his return match against Boris Spassky in 45 moves. Fischer's attempts to create an attack were vigorously repulsed by Spassky, who took control of the game and forced decisive material gains. Spassky now leads by 2 wins to 1 with 2 games drawn.
