Sun seekers strip off while Wimbledon wilts in 105F heatwave

Sun bathers at the Oasis open air pool, near Covent Garden, central London, making the most of the fine weather yesterday. At the Wimbledon tennis championships, temperatures on Centre Court reached a record 105F and St John Ambulance workers dealt with a steady stream of heat-related casualties.
