PETER FOSTER, 31, was fined pounds 21,000 plus pounds 8,000 costs for trades descriptions offences for selling a bogus slimming tea in the late 1980s. Warwick Crown Court was told his company, Slimweight, grossed pounds 1.8m from the sale of Bai Lin tea, which was promoted by his former girlfriend and page three model Samantha Fox, and the jockey Lester Piggot. Foster, who admitted the offences, had jumped bail while waiting to stand trial six years ago.
