Victim 'saved'

A woman feigned death to save her life when she was kidnapped and assaulted by Anthony Ferrira, 27, in February last year, an Old Bailey court was told yesterday. She was rescued by someone who smelt smoke after he set fire to the bed, lawyers said. The case continues.
