3pm: Harrier jump-jet ditches in the Adriatic.

Sunday 2 May

1am: F-16 jet crashes near Kozluk.

3am: US pilot rescued and taken to Bosnia.

6am: Three US soldiers released and fly to Germany.

11am: Serbs report attacks on factories and oil refineries.

4pm: Russian envoy Viktor Chernomyrdin leaves for Washington to meet Bill Clinton.

9pm: Nato hits a power plant west of Belgade, leaving much of Serbia without electricity. All times in BST
