Water is casualty in debt dispute
The water supply to a Russian border town was cut by its Estonian neighbour Narva, which is also refusing to treat the town's sewage. The Russian town owes pounds 660,000 to Narva and is threatening to dump its sewage into the Narva River if its treatment is not resumed
