Spider-Man meets dancing baby doppelganger in weird Evian advert

Because Evian makes you envisage babies, apparently

Evian has been delighting viewers with their dancing baby adverts for some time now, but the latest is the most ambitious yet, seeing The Amazing Spider-Man in a dance-off with a baby version of himself that he sees in the mirror.

Scroll down for the video

In case you missed the previous commercial, it saw people's reflections suddenly become infant-sized after drinking the bottled water, aa weird reference to how natural (and presumably hallucinogenic-filled) Evian is.

The follow-up sees the same fate befall Spider-Man, who reacts like anyone would upon meeting their reflective baby self in the side of a skyscraper and breaks into dance, web-slinging here and there and generally busting a serious move.

The adverts ends with baby Spider-Man tipping adult Spider-Man off about pursuing police, with the latter leaping off toward the horizon.

More and more brands are attempting to make viral videos as a wide-reaching form of advertising, though Snickers got it horrifically wrong last month with an anti-misogyny ad that was actually pretty misogynistic.
