West confessed to '13th victim'

STEPHEN WEST, the son of the serial killer Fred West, said last night his father had confessed to killing a 13th victim.

Mr West said that, shortly before committing suicide in jail on 1 January 1995, his father had boasted of killing the missing teenager Mary Bastholm.
