Kenyan PM undergoes surgery on brain
Kenya's Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, has undergone surgery to remove fluid on the brain, his doctors say.
His office had earlier said he had been admitted to Nairobi Hospital on Monday evening after feeling exhausted. Doctors said he had been complaining of a headache and told them he had hit himself against a car door a few weeks ago.
"It was necessary to carry out a minor procedure on the left side of the head to relieve the pressure... the Prime Minister is doing fine," the hospital said. Mr Odinga, 65, has been premier since 2008.
