Algeria deaths

Muslim fundamentalist gunmen killed two policemen in Tipaza, 40 miles west of the Algerian capital, and one of the assailants was later shot dead during a police chase, AFP reports from Algiers. The assailants opened fire on Saturday on a police car, the local authorities said.
