The daughter of one of the world's most wanted drug lords has been arrested on suspicion of trying to enter the US on someone else's passport.
US officials said Alejandrina Gisselle Guzmán Salazar was arrested on Friday at the San Ysidro border crossing in San Diego and charged with fraud and misuse of visas, permits and other documents.
They said she had told US authorities that her father was Joaquín Guzmán, known as "El Chapo" or "Shorty" Guzmán, the leader of Mexico's Sinaloa drugs cartel.
