Watch: Trump expected to appear as fraud case continues in New York
Watch as Donald Trump is expected to return to New York state court on Tuesday 24 October, as the former US president’s onetime lawyer and fixer testifies against him in a civil fraud case.
Mr Trump is expected to be in court for the highly anticipated testimony from Michael Cohen, detouring from his usual campaign haunts to the Manhattan courtroom for a sixth day this month.
Mr Cohen scrapped their expected showdown last week, citing a health issue. He has said it will be his first time seeing Mr Trump in five years.
The former president attended the trial for two days last week - having planned the trip when it was expected that Mr Cohen would be testifying.
He was also in court for the trial’s first three days in early October.
The trial wasn’t held on Monday because of issues related to an apparent Covid-19 exposure.
Mr Trump is expected to testify later in the trial and all of his trips to the case so far have been voluntary.
