A Domino's Pizza manager has been fired from a store in Michigan after a heated exchange with a customer led to the man saying, "My supervisor’s name is go f**k yourself, get the f**k out of here".

The video, which was shown to WNEM TV5, shows a woman walking into a Domino’s Pizza restaurant in Saginaw, Michigan, to complain about an order. The exchange with the Domino’s manager was filmed with a cell phone by the woman's daughter.

Brandi Averill told TV5 that she went into the restaurant to complain about a type of sauce on a pizza that her son had ordered. She told TV5 she was not trying to cause any trouble.

Averill begins talking to the manager about how he had just hung up on her and her son.

"My son never got belligerent with you", she begins to say before the man interrupts with, "I really don't care about your opinion".

Averill continues, "I want your supervisor’s name and your supervisor’s phone number. Please give me your supervisor's name and your supervisor’s phone number."

He responds, "Not happening", adding, "It’s not my fault you didn't order your pizza right. Get the f**k out of here".

Averill says, "Excuse me sir, I want your supervisor’s phone number and your supervisor’s name".

He then replies, "My supervisor’s name is go f**k yourself, get the f**k out of here. You f**king retards".

While Averill keeps her cool for most of the exchange, she then replies with the put down, "Excuse me, I’m not the one in a pizza outlet when I’m 40 years old so don’t be calling me a retard".

TV5 reports that the store manager in question has now been fired.

In an email to TV5, the unnamed employee wrote, "I regret the language I used, but if people could see everything that happened, especially in the phone calls, they would not be sympathetic for this woman."

Averill agreed that she was not completely innocent but still maintained that the manager's treatment of her was unfair.

A Domino's Corporation statement about the event read, "We are aware of the situation and have forwarded this to the local franchise owner. The comments made by this person do not reflect those of Domino's Pizza. We apologize for how poorly this reflects on our local stores and we assure you corrective action will be taken as the franchise owner determines."
