Mother-of-two, Golbibi Kohsani, from Herat province has received a loom from a Christian Aid partner. She can now make an income from weaving traditional Afghan rugs.
She says: 'It will take me about three months to finish the carpet because I have to take care of the babies. I hope to be able to sell it for about $60. I can make my carpets from my own wool which is good because it will mean I can keep more of the money for the household and spend less buying materials for the next carpet.'
