Two people were killed and 10 others injured in an explosion on board a coalition helicopter just after it landed in eastern Afghanistan today, Nato said.
Nato said the aircraft, with about 26 people on board, was already on the ground when the blast happened.
The coalition said the cause of the explosion was unclear.
The 10 wounded Nato service members were evacuated to a medical facility.
The landing site, which was not disclosed, has been secured by Afghan and coalition forces.
