MOSCOW - Life in the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, was returning to normal as signs of national mourning for Kim Il Sung began to disappear, Russia's Itar-Tass news agency said. Tass, one of few foreign news organisations based in North Korea, said that mourning flags disappeared overnight. Reuter
