ABulgarian ship and its barges hijacked to Serbia a week ago with more than 5,000 tonnes of oil have returned to Bulgaria without the cargo, Reuter reports from Vidin. The Han Kubrat and the six barges, now empty, anchored near the Bulgarian Danube river port of Vidin early yesterday morning and the crew of 22 were arrested.
