Briefly: 'Flawed' peace plan
GENEVA - Bosnia's Muslim Prime Minister, Haris Silajdzic, yesterday criticised the latest peace plan for his country, saying it was flawed. Mr Silajdzic said the plan presented by seven foreign ministers on Friday lacked mechanisms to force Bosnian Serbs to negotiate in good faith and relinquish territory, and that it should be backed up by an international threat of force.
