The leaders of Cambodia's two main parties reached agreement yesterday on how to share power in an interim administration that would run the country until a constitution can be written, a government spokesman said, Reuter reports from Phnom Penh. Prince Norodom Sihanouk will serve as the commander-in-chief of the armed forces for up to three months until the newly elected National Assembly can draft a constitution.
