JOHANNESBURG (Agencies) - A claim by the African National Congress secretary-general, Cyril Ramaphosa, that President F W de Klerk had said there were elements of the security forces he could not control was 'propaganda devoid of all truth', the Constitutional Development Minister, Roelf Meyer, said yesterday. He had been at the meeting Mr Ramaphosa had referred to.

Meanwhile, police have made 75 more arrests in relation to the Boipatong massacre.
