Children abused

Police on a drug raid found 19 children kept in a filthy two- bedroom apartment where some of the youngsters were sharing food with dogs from bowls on the floor, Reuter reports from Chicago. The children, most of them under five, were taken into care. All the children showed signs of physical abuse. Four women and two men, some of them parents, were arrested.
